Why it is priced this way
One hundred and thirty-five businesses were investigated to find the one that was worth buying. One hundred and twenty-two were rejected on the basic filters. Nine were rejected before due diligence. Three were rejected during due diligence. One was purchased.
Judge the price against the cost of eliminating a business, not against the cost of a course. A buyer who works through this system and rejects fourteen businesses has paid roughly one hundred dollars for each one they did not buy. Judge it also against the amount you are considering committing. Most first-time buyers are weighing somewhere between two hundred thousand and one million dollars.

Who it is for. For someone with a live opportunity or a search under way who wants their own material examined rather than a general conversation.
What happens. Ninety minutes, one to one and in private. Bring the business profile or advertisement, whatever financial statements you hold, and where you have got to. We work through it together on the call and make the adjustments as we go.
Afterwards. A written summary follows within three working days, setting out what was discussed, the questions still outstanding, and what to investigate next. It does not tell you whether to buy the business.

A written review of your completed pre-due diligence investigation of one business: your secondary filter analysis, your financial models, and your budget adjusted profit and loss, read against the source documents behind them. The review comes back as questions you have not yet asked, and gaps you have not yet closed.
Who it is for. For a buyer who has taken one business through the basic filter and on through pre-due diligence, has built their financial models, and wants their own findings examined before making an offer.
Before it begins. Two things are needed before the review begins: your completed pre-due diligence analysis in the platform, which you release when you request the review, and the source documents it was built from — the accountant-prepared statements, the schedules, the lease, and the information pack — emailed directly. The basic filter alone is not sufficient: the review examines pre-due diligence findings, so the secondary filter work and the financial models must be complete. Source documents are never uploaded to or stored on this platform. The five working days run from the day the documents arrive, not from the day the review is paid for. An incomplete set of documents is returned rather than reviewed, and the five working days start again when the complete set arrives.
What happens. Your secondary filter analysis, your improvement opportunity analysis, your budget adjusted profit and loss and your valuation inputs are each read in full against the source documents behind them, and against the same eight stage investigation the system teaches.
Afterwards. A written report arrives as a document: the questions still outstanding, where your figures need testing, and the gaps still to close. It is handled in private and within your confidentiality obligations. It does not tell you whether to buy the business.

Confidentiality
Every one-to-one engagement is private and one to one only. Business buying involves confidentiality agreements, so no session is ever run as a group.
Questions people ask
What happens after twelve months if I have not bought anything?
Most searches take between six and eighteen months, so this is normal rather than a failure. Access renews at A$495 per year, which keeps the course, the tools, and the assistant available for as long as you are still looking.
Do I need a session as well as the system?
No. The system is designed to be worked through on your own. The sessions exist for the moments where a specific business is in front of you and you want your own analysis examined before you commit further time or money to it.
Will you tell me whether to buy a particular business?
No, and no tool here will either. Every tool and every session produces questions to investigate and gaps to close. The decision is yours, made with your own lawyer, your own accountant, and your own licensed financial adviser.
Which currency are prices in?
All prices are in Australian dollars. If you are paying from New Zealand or elsewhere, your bank converts at its own rate and may add a conversion cost.
